Here is a photo with Ian Haugland from Swedish band Europe. I took this photo at the Sunset Marquis Hotel in Hollywood back in 1987. The band was on their first US tour and in Los Angeles for a gig at the Wiltern Theatre. Sunset Marquis has been know to be the hotel to stay at for all rock n roll stars. I stayed there myself many times in the mid to late 1980s. I used to alternate between this place and the Hollywood Palm Hotel. It depended who was paying the bill…
